As a young girl Ami loved to draw and she loved rearranging her room. She always hated the plastic-like wallpaper common in Japanese homes and dreamed of something better. Now as an artist she believes a kid's bedroom should be a "sanctuary for children to grow happily" and she hopes that her wall paintings will stimulate kids' imaginations.
