There are two sides to every story... and everything you cut. The side you want, and the side you don't. This extremely clever "Waste and Want" cutting board addresses this concept in a straightforward way. There's a bin to collect the freshly cut pieces, and another on the opposite side to collect the waste. Now, we've seen cutting boards on the market with built in baskets, but we love how this design, by Peter D'Allesandro, feels a bit more intuitive.

Unfortunately, we can't seem to find a retailer for this, so we're not sure if this actually ever went into production. If anyone finds otherwise, let us know! (via Core77 via Yanko Design)
