Everybody loves a home with big windows that let tons of light inside. But why should we be limited to daylight
hours to enjoy some soft lighting from our window panes? The elegantly beautiful Waterfall Curtain uses LEDs to turn night to day.
"Waterfall" is an LED lighting concept from Switzerland-based designer Barbara Bona that aims to light a dark room from the windows at any hour of the day.
A curtain rod covered in tiny LEDs bounces off the reflective, translucent fabric of the curtain and into the surrounding space. And, yeah it does look like a waterfall when you look at it.
Although we're sure there are more than a few night owls who dig this idea (plus maybe the people way up north who only get a few daylight hours during winter), we can't imagine this being practical in our homes as anything more than a beautiful art piece.
