We can't say enough how happy we are when we see our local favorites really bringing it design-wise. So when we ran across Weego Home's booth at CA Boom our hearts swelled with pride. They had these knock out Chinoiserie inspired panels lining their exhibit. No other booth looked so inviting and complete.
We asked about the panels, and though they run in the really expensive category (upwards of $500 per panel) the cost is mainly due to the fabric which can be $200/yard at times. If you've got the money, go for it because the quality of the panels is unmistakable, but if you don't check out some other fabric panel options we've talked about before. And check out How To: STretch Your Own Canvas.
Anyone have a great source for Chinoiserie inspired fabric?

Tell us about that floating credenza?
Im with bepsf.... my heart skipped a beat when i saw the credenza!!
I think this post really needs to give credit where it's due--to the designer of the pattern, the late, great Florence Broadhurst. http://www.signatureprints.com.au/frameset_divinedecadence.html
For other AMAZING chinoiserie patterns on both fabric and wallpaper, check out Thibaut's Tea House collection: http://www.thibautdesign.com/Collection/LandingPattern2.aspx?cid=65

Does anyone know the name of the plant? (not the orchid!)
