Flowers are one of our favorite gifts to receive. They always bring a little extra life into a home, and they're a simple but chic way to add color. Bring a ***potted flower plant*** into your home.
Sorry but it's much better energy to have a LIVING plant over DYING flowers.
So pretty. Thanks for the inspiration. Thankfully my hydrangea is still going strong so I'll cut some blooms from the backyard I think!
i agree with ilovebc:
have something thriving in your home, rather than dying!!
dont buy cut flowers -- it's so much better for the environment and your living feng shui.
plus, the obvious... the beauty of nature in your home lasts so much longer!!
Why not? $7 and up for a small bunch of flowers that are kind of boring and will last three to eight days (max) while slowly wilting and dying???
I'd rather get something that lasts. Or food.
(Plus when I DO have fresh flowers, my cat hops onto the counter where I prefer to display them and bites the stems under the flower heads, so the flowers just dry up and fall off. He did that with a live miniature rose plant I got a few weeks ago. Little pest!)
