We've featured the work of Weisshouse owner and designer Stacy Weiss before, and when she sent us photos from her new loft in Pittsburgh we immediately loved the ways in which she put existing pieces and recent finds together in her new home.
In her cool new loft space, Stacy combines an eclectic assortment of mid-century furniture, colorful modern art, and ethnic flourishes. The series of formal portraits hangs in neat rows above the tailored lounge chairs in the living space, while an assortment of abstract canvases climbs the wall above more casual seating. Warm tones of caramel, orange, and red unite the defined functional areas. The loft is a testament to the theory that the most beautiful homes are collections of personal items that automatically work together when truly loved by the inhabitants.

That's an amazing loft space. I especially love the rugs.
Love all the art work and colours. Well done!
i love those chairs! any info on what they are or where to buy them?
What an ab-fab space- terrific use of objects and color.
I generally like really busy, almost-cluttered spaces and there are some great pieces here, but I'm puzzled by the way some of this is set up. The vanity seems to have too many lamps and other stuff on it to actually be used, ditto the desk in the bedroom. I don't get the idea of having a desk with a bunch of orbs and a giant rolodex clustered in the center / most usable part of it.
i go to school in Pittsburgh and stopped in Weisshouse and almost died I loved it so much... I also almost died because of the price tags...
Love.
This place speaks to me. It's telling me it wants me to move in.
@anonniemuss - I don't think either of those are really meant to get a ton of use, so it's okay to have other objects there.
Very thrilling to see. Thanks for the tour.
I love Weisshouse! Amazing pieces. As they say, you generally get what you pay for. It's not cheap, but I've seen places way more expensive with way lesser quality and way more attitude. The sales staffers I've met at Weisshouse are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
This is fabulous! then again everything Stacy does looks amazing. We love Weisshouse they have decorated the majority of our home from unique rugs to beautiful furnishings. Stacy is a great business woman to work with and her designers are the best in the city. We worked with Stan Adamik and I could not have been more pleased. I refer all my friend and family to Stan and Weisshouse.
love the bed that looks like it's made from plumbing pipe...any word on where to get one?
Oh wow, who knew such a lovely residential gem resided in my city :)
