Frankie painted the living room walls Straw by Benjamin Moore to give it some warmth — because the apartment receives a colder, northern light: “If the apartment had southern light, I wouldn’t use these colors,” Ms. Foye said. “I love the interplay of light and dark, shadows and sun here.”
