My own personal gardening tastes switch hit (you can use baseball terms when talking about gardening, right?) and go back and forth between clean and modern to messy and landscaped but with lots of dense layers. I'm also a firm believer that you should grow what you can and fill your outdoor space with as much color as you do indoors. I'm not sure there's one certain style I'll always gravitate towards so maybe I'll just have to get by with a bonsai tree indoors, pots full of flowers on the porch, a raised bed or two for vegetables, and dense vegetation to help separate my space from the neighbors. We'll call it "bon-po-rai-veg." What? It could totally catch on!
Which way do you lean when it comes to gardening and landscaping? Are you more into low maintenance? More rock and less plant to help cut back on your eco-footprint? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
