Q: I recently decided to take over a friend's lease (at an unbelievable steal for San Francisco prices). The catch? The place needs A LOT of work. Once someone's man cave, the bedroom portion of the unit features a wet bar that no longer works.
While I plan on ripping out the sink/countertop (the plumbing is already disconnected and closed off), what should I do with the bar? The whole bar can't be removed without seriously messing up the flooring. I should also note that I'm painting the paneling white everywhere to brighten the space.
