Q: I've been making a conscious effort to cook at home more. But I'm running into trouble with freezing food: I'd always used ziploc bags and Tupperware, but I'm trying to get away from plastic. This may seem like a silly question, but are glass containers my only option? And how does glass hold up when you freeze it? I have a small fridge/freezer, and glass seems so bulky, so I'm wondering if ziploc bags are my only option as far as space goes. What do other people do?
