The Perfect Shade of Blue for a Kitchen?

Good Questions

Q: I'm asking for your help in picking a shade of blue for my kitchen. I've heard lots of suggestions to paint cabinets or update hardware... but it's all open shelving in a recess (no cabinets!). It's got character, but lacking on the style:

I can't do any structural changes and I've got an older style room. It's on the small side and currently full of unpainted wood paneling. I have a farmhouse sink, probably from when the house was built and tall ceilings.

I love these shades of blue grey in the images. I need to find a Benjamin Moore blue paint color that will look good on tall walls with paneling indentations. I'd love it to also look good with white appliances and a medium wood-tone table.

Thanks for your help!
