A close second for busy Web traffic is weekdays between 3pm and 4pm—precisely when the rugrats get released from school. We can figure that we'd still see a sharp increase in traffic when school lets out during the week. But we can't ever remember, in our house or anybody else's house, fighting over the computer on Sunday nights.
