Q: Where can I find a queen upholstered bed with a trundle bed underneath similar to the one featured in this photo from House Beautiful? The title of the House Beautiful article is A Small One-Bedroom Made Big. I need recommendations from savvy Apartment Therapy readers.

You can probably just purchase the trundle from a twin and add it to the queen size bed or make one. I know PBTeen carries one.

The trundle looks like it's not part of the bed. Consider a low bed frame on wheels that will slide under a taller bed frame.
If buying a seperate bed & a seperate trundle, make sure the bed doesn't have any supports (which they have for full or queen) which would block the trundle from sliding under. I just did the research on this exact issue. I ended up going with a full sized bed with a twin trundle -- purchased as one unit, as I couldn't buy them seperately, due to this issue.
RK, Can you tell me where you purchased your full size/twin trundle bed frame. I am searching for one and haven't had any luck. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
