Q: Somewhere along the way I stumbled upon this photograph and fell in love with the leather sofa featured. I have a sinking suspicion that it may be the only one of its kind but thought maybe someone out there has a good suggestion for something similar....it's got to have armrests!

Shaw's Original Fir...
I believe it's Mario Bellini 'Le Bambole', made by B&B Italia, if I'm correct.
wanderer is correct. you can check ebay and 1st dibs it will cost anywhere from 8,000 to 10,000 for the 96" version.
Other sofas you might want to look into are Living Divani's Extra Soft and Verzelloni's Zoe models.
I recently scored a beautiful 1960s Knoll leather sofa from a local secondhand shop for 1/6 the price of a new one.
wanderer, you are good!
Wanderer is very good. I own something a bit similar. It is the Marenco from Arflex.

Thanks for the compliments guys! :-) I've been looking around for sofas for a couple of days now and Le Bambole, Extra Soft, Naviglio (Seven Salotti) and BoConcept's Carmo are on top of my list.
Wanderer. Those are very different to each other. I like them both. You should come help me with my place. I seem to have lost momentum and energy for it.
Love the Naviglio by Seven Salotti... this vintage Le Bambole though... well, I'm a bit biased because this is one of my favourite places ever shown on AT, but that is one of the sexiest sofas ever...
Where is this picture from?
@JamesG- I would love to come over to help you ;-), but I'm guessing we live on different sides of the Atlantic :-(. My home is in Berlin.
... but the living divani looks nothing like this one, and the Verzelloni has no armrests....
The ligne roset togo can have armrests? I don't know if it comes in leather, though. The arflex is gorgeous! It reminds me of that one couch featured here that looked like it was made of a million differently-cased pillows, though obv less fussy.
Yes, the Togo comes in leather; no it doesn't have armrests. However, the corners effectively serve as armrests.
@Victoria:
This picture is of a home in Ghent, Belgium. It has been featured all over the place -- in Elle Decor UK, and all over the internet -- Bloesem, AT, desiretoinspire...

I'm looking for a sectional sofa that is well made. I've looked in B&B Italia, Ligne Roset and ddc at the Jalisa sectional. Does anyone Know about the quality of ddc's sofas? or of any of the others? Does anyone have the Jalisa sofa from ddc?
