I think they are Eames aluminum chairs which you can get thru Herman Miller
That's an Eames aluminum group chair. You can buy it at DWR although Herman Miller doesn't make it with the star shaped base anymore.
That is the Eames Alum. Lounge chair. Herman Miller sale is just around the corner so you may be able to get a "deal" right after Thanksgiving. It looks like the camel color.
Just to add, I think the ones in the photo are the "Executive Chair" of that line if that helps you in your search.
Echo what everyone else said—those are Eames Aluminum Group Chairs available through Herman Miller.
As the owner of one such chair, I'm pretty sure those are vintage unless they've reissued the color—my 1974 AGC w/casters is the same color.
Just so you know, I sit in the office version of this chair featured here - http://www.unplggd.com/unplggd/task-chairs/the-importance-of-a-good-office-chair-161065?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+apartmenttherapy%2Funplggd+%28Unplggd%29
and my co-workers and I HATE it.
"To complement lighter materials, we are offering powder coat finishes on the base and frame in white and graphite satin, along with traditional polished aluminum. And we are reintroducing the 4-star base on chairs with glides. Chairs with casters have a 5-star base."
That is the Eames aluminum group lounge chair. It still has a star base and the camel leather option looks pretty close in color to the picture.

Hellooooo! Loved that your post started with a "hello" :) and ended with a "thanks".
ha! Just like yours, @runswithscissors :)
this company sells a copy of the office version.

but there are plenty of people that make Herman miller copies, and you can probably find a good one for considerably cheaper than the real deal.
