Where Can We Find Candle Covers for an Old Chandelier?

Good Questions

Q: I just moved into my first house, which is very exciting (and expensive). We are trying to salvage where we can, and so are electing to keep an old black iron chandelier over our glass kitchen table. It is similar to the one in the image at left. The style of shades was very old fashioned, so we got clean, sleek new mini shades in an ivory linen.

The problem is the old candle covers or socket covers. We were so grossed out by the old dirty ones, with fake wax dripping down the sides, that we threw them away. Now, we can't find any new ones, much less the clean, sleek black ones I am hoping to find. The only ones I have found that are even close are plain white ones, all from niche online retailers—- is there any suggestion for where to find these in a regular ("big box") store?
