Q: Would you mind asking readers where the sectional from the 1st photograph in this post is from? There was a lot of sectional lust in the comments but no answers at all.

It looks like the Gus Modern Jane Bi-sectional
Ok here you go...
The couch is "Kilt" Brand: Zanotta by Emaf Progetti.
It's a modular couch system where you can buy bits and pieces to make a sectional sofa.

Here's the website that shows the picture and references Zonatta

Who knows where the rug is from?
@ Radjam: The "Rug" is made from duct tape by artist Jim Lambie. You can google his name to find other floors and art.

The duct tape rug is brilliant.
It is definitively the Kilt-Sofa (kilt-quilt describes the relief-sitting surface). Quilted seats (often with buttons) were very popular in english clubs with those glossy leather sofas gthat often came in dark green colour.
The Kilt sofa and chair was designed in 2009 by Emaf progetti, the inhouse design department at Zanotta. It seems to be still in producton these days.
