Name: Zula Belle Joyful (8 months)
Location: Yakima, WA
Color Inspiration: The vintage school map was my color inspiration. It is so bright and exciting. I wanted Zula's room to be a fun place that she can grow up in, not too kiddie. Also the map doubles as an educational toy, not just art.
Tip for Using Color: This bright yellow works really well in her room because there is so much natural light. I also paired it with the chocolate brown to ground the room and make it not seem too crazy. If you love it go for it! I love yellow and brown together.
Colors Used: Mustard yellow, chocolate brown, red.
Thanks for your colorful entry Melissa and good luck!

Nice diapers.
I love this! It's refreshing to see something so unique and fun.
love the vintage toys and color, nice job!
loooooooooooooooooooooove. there is something a little bit freaky about it, in a really good way.
I adore this.
I will warn you: you'll want to move your map up (or cover it with plexiglass or something) because your baby will destroy it when she's big enough to pull up. I know from (sad!) experience!
oooh guuuurrrrrlllll this be lookin' noice!
ewww
Love the crib bumper!

I totally second moving or framing that map. Babies are destructive little buggers.
