The entire room looks like it was furnished directly out of a Herman Miller, Room and Board or Design Within Reach catalog! I don't have an exact match for the couch, but Room and Board's Holden and DWR's Theatre Sofa are similar...
I agree that it looks like Room and Board or DWR
I am sitting on DWR's Theatre sofa as I write this and it looks nothing like this!
Looks like a true vintage 70's sofa to me... I love the loose aged looking cushions and how the legs leave the sides hovering.
I will definitely be checking back in to see if anyone can place it!
I can't place it exactly but the 'lite' sofa @ unica home looks similar.
DOn't know but I want it too! Pinning the heck out of it now...
It's definitely vintage. Looks like a Baughmann design from the seventies. It's unusual in having an upholstered back and sides; Thayer-Coggin made the same design with either a rosewood or walnut "case" surrounding the leather upholstery.
I have the same sofa with rosewood back and sides and white leather cushions. It's low, deep, sleek and incredibly comfortable. It's stunning to look at, too!
Very similar to the Erik Jorgensen, EJ 220-270 sofas
I agree that this is probably a vintage Erik Jorgensen sofa. If you are looking for a new one check out our Ashley Studio Sofa

We can add the side pillows and similar legs. In leather or we also have a beautiful selection of faux leather to make it more affordable. for more info contact:

The side cushions are throwing me, but it looks similar to the naviglio sofa by seven salotti.
not sure, but if youre in the DC area heres a very similar couch

Just to add regarding it being Erik Jorgensen, they do two types of side cushion and this photo looks like it has both - beautiful!
This is not exactly it, but anthropologie has a similar couch. Also very beautiful.

I am going to guess it is an Eilersen gobi... you can see it here http://viewer.zmags.com/publication/3259b068#/3259b068/92 and their site is http://www.eilersen.eu
or maybe an older Eilersen. The house looks very Scandinavian.. I almost though it might be an older Bolia or Erik Jorgensen too..
