The 2009 White House Holiday Decorations … So Far

We saw the 2009 White House Christmas tree when it was hand-selected from a West Virginian farm. Last week the White House unveiled the decorated tree and the first of this season's White House holiday decor.

The Obamas are reusing ornaments from previous administrations and sent them to 60 local community groups throughout the country. The groups were asked to decorate the ornaments by referencing a favorite local landmark and then send them back to be displayed at the White House. Do you like the decorations so far? We can't wait to see what designer Simon Doonan adds to the mix.
