Animal print has a reputation as something that can get tacky real quick — but not these animal prints. We like to think of these animal wallpapers as the modern approach to the subject. Who knew block printed animal print wallpaper could be so successful?
Don't think you can only stick these in a kids room — as you can see by the use in Baily McCarthy's Powder Room, these designs can be used in sophisticated ways. The bathroom is an unexpected place for animal wallpaper, but it's a very pleasant surprise that makes us want to run out and do the same thing!
We really like the idea of using animal wallpaper for the pantry! Bold prints work really well in small spaces like pantries or cabinets. Where would you use bold animal wallpaper?

Shaw's Original Fir...
I AM IN L O V E !! totally smitten.
"put a bird on it"
they must love greyhound silhouettes, there's one in at least the first three!
I'd like it IN MODERATION, maybe one framed panel... that's about it.
But the greyhound is decent only in the first one. That's why I like it. :-)
I like # 1 and 3 (although not the green colour).
Can anyone tell me where I could get the first wallpaper??
Is this the first wallaper?

Those dogs are flocked velvet, by the way. All class!
It's not for me, but I can appreciate that it would/could work in the right spaces.
Thanks for posting our bathroom...It's BailEy btw :)
Hmm I am posting from our work computer...not sure why it came up as Kate918...anyway, Thanks!
I'd use this famous zebra animal print wallpaper (from Gino's restaurant in NY) in a dining room or powder room:

I love how you can see the animals skeletons in the second wallpaper featured. Would be chic in a vets office...at least I think my vet could use the upgrade!
Did anyone else see a huge face in the first photo (made of the wall sconces, mirror, and sink)? I think it kind of wrecked this whole post for me, seeing a big weird face coming out of that bathroom. And are those skeletons in the first paper? I guess that's geeky, and therefore cool, but I don't know that I'd want that many bones all around me.
Bailey, do you have other pics you could post? Would love to see more of your powder room. Did you cover all walls in the dog wallpaper? Love it!
Love it!
I often wonder when I read the comments here if everybody lives in a cube.If it's 'in' it's good?Re-sale value is the only value a home has?Does anybody here actually enjoy their home.I always wonder.
I'd take all the 'classy flocked 'hound' wallpaper I could get for a new furnace.Or windows etc...
Still love it!
