We have to admit, we didn't know of the existence of monkey bread until we were adults. So to make up for our lack of monkey bread in our childhood, we have been playing to catch up. Williams-Sonoma's Monkey Bread Baking Mold will come in quite handy.
First introduced in the 1950, monkey bread -- a distant cousin of the classic sticky bun -- is a kitsch-en classic that even the youngest child can help make.

The glazed-stoneware mold, which is a Williams-Sonoma exclusive, helps make perfect sticky-sweet monkey bread. If you don't have time to make it from scratch, Williams-Sonoma also sells a monkey bread mix.

or the plain loaf pan....and you have too much empty space in your cabinets and money in your wallet.
I have great memories of making monkey bread with my mom...but I'll agree...you certainly don't need a special pan
I agree with you guys above, but you have to admit that Williams-Sonoma makes it look so good and a new pan may actually inspire you to make it!
Monkey bread is great but have you heard of Gorilla Bread? It is the same concept except their is cream cheese inside the little nuggets and there is pecans in with the sticky sauce. Here's a link to the recipe at The Food Network
