Ok, so I have been commenting EVERYDAY trying to win something, and have been unsuccessful! Today I am going to try to write a actual comment, rather then just "I love it" hoping this helps me win!

I am in the process of moving to a new state 2700 miles away from CT (george nelsons home state), and had to leave a lot of stuff behind. Resent purchases for my place consist of a Nelson bench (replica of course) and ball clock. This light would be perfect, not only does it fit my decor, but i need it for above our dining room table, since the previous owners took their light fixture with them, we just have a whole in the ceiling...

So please pic me, this is a piece I will truly appreciate it! think of it as a house warming gift!

My cheap fluorescent light in my home office recently burnt out. The walls are the same color as the misty blue pendant. Oh, how nice it must be to have the money to buy a beautiful lamp like that...

I've always loved the style of Nelson lights. They're so simple in shape and texture, yet they add such drama to a space. That's a rare combination.

Theses are definately different than anything you can get at Lowes. you can actually feel them in your nind.

i recently redecorated my bedroom and these would top it off!

The one place in our loft apartment we have been unable to adequately light is above the dining table. This pendant would finally solve that issue! Our quest for dinner lighting is actually getting to be a fire hazard, as the only way we have found to properly light a meal is to cover the table in beautiful but dangerous candles of all varying shapes and sizes. Our landlord would be very grateful if we won this light, as would we, since it would be the centerpiece of our open space and would allow all our hard work in the kitchen to not be lost amid the darkened atmosphere that is a dimly lit dining table. Thank you!

My older apartment has almost no overhead lighting, this is just the thing so that we can see to get around :)

i bought a similar style for my dining room but i have never really loved it and i wish i had just put my money towards the real thing. in the long run, i should have just gone with the timeless but more expensive one. lesson learned! :)

I'm a huge fan of George Nelson and Herman Miller. Every style lamp from this collection is so beautiful, like a piece of art. (Especially now that they are in other colors). My home is mid century modern throughout, and this lighting would be a perfect addition, and go well with all my mid century vintage pieces. I've always wanted one.......

my grandfather's mid-century home had 3 over the sunken dining, we bought the house...(i yearned for it since age 13) but the original nelson lamps had hardened past repair... i would love replacements!
