Man, we are ready for spring...and we're pretty sure we're not the only ones out there. If (like us) you're sick of snow and looking forward to the day when green things will be growing outside again, you might want to think about creating a garden near your window. It's the perfect spot for small container plants - herbs, air plants, and succulents are varieties we see a lot on windowsills...

I LOVE the lab glassware!
Nothing like fresh basil all year round!
For herbs it is best to wait until the summer and buy the plants. They take a long time to grow from seed.
It seems we are all on the same page...I just wrote about this on my blog on Friday...check it out!

I would LOVE to have an herb garden in my condo... but I only have one large window in my living room and it faces an enclosed courtyard... it's bright, but I don't get any direct sunlight...
Any suggestions on plants/herbs that can still thrive in that environment? Please help!
