Given that we're still in the thick of winter, we've decided to embrace it rather than fight it. Unfortunately, we haven't enough snow in DC to pull off this winter project, but those of you who do put your gloves on and get outside with the kids. A large snowman might be too much for younger kids, but these mini snowmen by Ljc can be created with the help of toddlers.
Have your little one gather the snow for the varying sized snowballs and twigs for the arms. Ljc used cloves for the facial features. Get creative and use fabric scraps for a little scarf. The completed project is just as satisfying as one large snowman and the effect of multiple minis is very cute. Check out Ljc's blog for more fun photos.
