This amazing small Wisconsin cottage featured in Chicago Home + Garden is steeped in history and sincere care about restoration. The one-bedroom tourist cabin from the 1920s has been brought back to life by Tereasa Surratt, who purchased (for $500!) and revived the 11-by-11-foot space after moving it to a plot of land in Sugar Creek, Wisconsin.
With upgrades including a new roof and new electricity, this cabin will serve Surratt and her husband well, as an idyllic, simple, humble getaway. There's nothing we don't love.

The is just too cute. I would love a tiny getaway like this -- but not if it was too cold to go outside. My husband and I couldn't make it in that tiny space unless we could get away from each other. Still, it's absolutely adorable.
