The grills work by combining a low tech fuel source (any small hardwood piece) with a high tech fire starting system: light a piece of hardwood using a bit of fuel starter and then switch on an automated electronic blower system, resulting in cooking temps in excess of 537°C (1,000°F). Now you can burn those patties even more quicker and easier than before!
