If you don't have any outdoor space at home, you might consider getting creative with wallpaper. An accent wall in a woodsy pattern can make a room feel more expansive and, although it's not as good as having a real tree in your backyard, it provides some sense of connection to nature (even if it is more conceptual than physical).
Here are a few patterns inspired by forests of bamboo, birch, and fir trees. For more information on prices and where to buy, click through the links.

Wait... so... is number 7 the knock off, or is the wallpaper from yesterday's article about knock offs a knock off? ;)
Or is #7 the original or a totally different one but in the same vein?
wow love the first wallpaper. Will definitely have to keep it in mind when turning my living room closet into an office.
At these prices, I'll have to wait for the masstige market to pick up on this.
have never been a fan of wall paper...any kind for that matter..oh wait..someone used grass effect ones n their bedroom...they look ok
love love LOVE the baby's room. Its perfect, and in that case, really does give the feeling of expanding a small space. The rest of them are a little too busy for me. In real life, with furniture up against it, or bookshelves, etc, it would just look like too much going on. I do love those decals they're selling all over etsy though - same idea - a cherry tree or a birch tree with a little bird to liven up a plain wall, but without the overwhelming-ness of wall paper.

I love this idea...taking something natural and turning it into inspiration for something graphic and modern. Beautiful!
Wallpaper like this was totally "in" in the 70's and then came back in fashion a few years ago...I hope it stays for a while!

I just visited a client's home built in 1977. They purchased from the original owners and nothing had been changed. It was surprising to see how current some of the wallpaper looked. A tree silhouette motif in the bedroom, a bold floral in the bath.
hi, how do i source a particular wallpaper above ? it's the fourth one from the left, on the top row. looks like a blue/grey oriental trompe l'oeil. would appreciate a website link. thanks
