It's been a long, sleepy road. Finally, we get to enjoy the luxury of sleeping in on a Monday morning. But it's an exception, not the rule, and tomorrow and many more days to follow we'll find ourselves sleepily waking and pushing our way through the daily grind. But hopefully our Monday Morning Blues Tech Cures series has provided some aid in making your mornings a little bit easier...

Part 1 - Why We Can't Sleep At Night Or Wake Up In The Morning
We take a look at our obsession with - and general lack of - sleep, how the "Snooze Button Effect" hurts us more than helps us, and how we're racking up a huge Sleep Debt that's simply not being repaid. We investigate the reasons for our lack of sleep and methods to help us sleep at night, as well as a multitude of alarms which wake us - from intelligent and alternative methods to cell phones and cool traditional alarm clocks. Let's agree that it's about time we all got a good night's sleep.

Part 2 - How To Kick Start Your Morning & Bathroom Routines
We discuss managing our time in the morning and how we can improve upon our routines with and without tech to get off to a great start to the day.

Part 3 - Get Your Day Started Right With A Good Breakfast & Coffee
Mom always stressed that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it's not just an old wives tale. We discuss the health implications of having a good breakfast and the effects of coffee, as well as show you tons of great breakfast appliances, gadgets, and plenty of ways to brew your coffee (or tea).
