We're beginning to think that yellow is becoming one of our favorite colors, next to white (of course!). Yellow is such a refreshing and even dramatic addition to subtle rooms. When we see a room with touches of bright yellow we are immediately filled with joy and want to jump through the computer screen and into that room!
One of our absolute favorite places for yellow is in the bedroom. While we've obviously professed our love for bright white bedrooms, we do admit that the subtle addition of a yellow bed or headboard is much appreciated. Yellow and white go hand in hand and yellow beds are seriously funky and down right chic.

have seen this bed frame before. does anyone know where it can be purchased?
I love yellow! The bed itself in our guest room isn't yellow, but the walls, throw pillows, and a side chair are all yellow. I also just made curtains for my art room, and bought a yellow West Elm pillow for our master. It might be a sickness at this point, or just the result of a long winter.
I can't say I'm a fan of yellow, it just seems far too energetic for bedrooms but I do appreciate how sunny the last example is.

I don't like yellow, but that first bed in another color would be TO DIE FOR.
I love yellow! Alas, it is the only color that my husband hates enough to ban from the house. I get free reign on everything but that. :(
I've not really been able to enjoy yellow since my mother made over my bedroom e-n-t-i-r-e-l-y in bright yellow during the '70's. I came home from summer camp to a room that looked like a banana explosion. I love orange, though. My bedroom has a deep red/orange wall behind the bed and my bed is always a crisp white. I find that both very refreshing and very relaxing. At night the red/orange is moddy and sultry and during the day it's vibrant and happy!
Yellow! One of my favorite colors. I've looking for a mustardy yellow duvet for months and I haven't found anything I like in my price range. I love, love, love the Dwell duvet in yellow and grey but the price is outrageously out of my budget.
I am not a yellow fan for my own clothing or apartment, but I love seeing it in other peoples' homes. The first one is spectacular. I also adore this:
