YMCA to Build Affordable Prefab Houses for Those Priced Out of Cities

The YMCA is hoping to keep young people in cities where they may otherwise be priced out. The organization is testing Y:Cubes, prefab houses that can be stacked or stand alone in a community setting, in southeast London. If the trial is successful, they hope to expand to other areas and cities.
