Why walk down something when you can slide? Architects are adding a slide to ArcelorMittal Orbit, the sculptural observation tower at London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Due to be completed in Spring 2016, the slide will get you from the top of the tower to the bottom in about 40 seconds, or about 15 miles per hour. The tower, at 345 feet tall, is the UK's tallest sculpture, and about 60 feet taller than Big Ben.
