For those of you who would rather spend hours in a Guitar Center than a Crate and Barrel, there's Rocket Design's line of rock 'n roll inspired furniture. The line features equalizer coat racks and old school car tape players that are filled with nostalgia, but is there a way to make them look grown up?

Rocket's cheeky pieces are fun and unique, but we can't imagine them in any 25 and older homes. Maybe the coat rack and the wine bottle holder could work in a grown up home, but the guitar-inspired pieces and cassette player shelf remind us too much of those oversized Swatch watch clocks that were popular in the late 80s.

While their prices are a bit high now, if lowered, the line could be a hit in high school bedrooms, dorms, and post college bro houses. What do you think?
