we challenged readers to chip their favorite photos showcasing local color

We loved the New Colonial Yellow that Jessica found in an Ohio field and the Frank Blue of Michele A's Texas bluebonnets. Michele H. saw Tango orange in Wildcat Canyon and Sophie caught Antiquity green-gold next to an old house in Devon, UK.
Photos came in from all over, including Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina, Utah, Texas, New York and California.
