Zaha Hadid's firm has purchased the building that houses the Design Museum at Shad Thames. The museum, which is planning a move to the Commonwealth Institute in 2015, will remain in its current location until then. Hadid plans to use the former banana warehouse to consolidate the firm's archive under one roof.
