arnold.184.1.bmpI *heart* California. We couldn't resist passing on today's Governator article, Schwarzenegger, Confident And Ready for Prime Time (NYTimes), because of the housekeeping tips that lie so prominently within: 1. When needing to smoke (and you can't because smoking is illegal within public buildings), erect a bedouin style tent outside the capitol door and hold your official meetings there. 2. Provide a fine humidor full of expensive cigars and Baccarat crystal ashtrays for your guests convenience. And 3. be sure to switch from two-ply toilet paper to one-ply in those same public buildings, because the budget's tight.

"It's not anymore the two-ply," Governor Schwarzenegger said. "Because you know what? We're trimming. We're living within our means."
