Just so we're clear, LEGOs are by no means collecting dust at our house. My whole family, the wife and I included, are avid brick builders. But this nifty LEGO key holder got me thinking about all the other little bits of sentimental toy flotsam lying around the house. Stuff that might have a new purpose after a coat of paint and bit of epoxy. Here's a roundup of some favorites.

1. LEGO Key Holder
2. Wooden Block Hallway Hooks
3. Dinosaur Planter
4. Magnetic Animal Photo Holder
5. Vintage Truck Lights

6. Animal Head Coat Rack
7. Plastic Animal Bookends
8. Slinky Birdfeeder
9. Action Figure Flower Stand
10. Faux Gold Dino Pendant
