Things we love about this property crush:

This may look like your average sweet and sunny Florida condo from the outside, but the inside is a true surprise. This building, on the Tierra Verde Island, begins with an original pine staircase that leads you to the main level—and the pièce de résistance: the kitchen.

The designer farmhouse-style room features a pantry made of vintage fruit crates, grey shaker cabinets, and a farmhouse sink. It’s all offset by quartz countertops and Moroccan stone walls with barn-wood shelving. There is Insta-worthy herringbone hardwood and Mexican-patterned tiled flooring in the eating area. The adjacent open living space is large (with more of the gorgeous herringbone wood flooring) and boasts a wood-burning fireplace flanked by a wall of 100-year-old bricks.

The upper-level has two bedrooms—a master suite (with vaulted ceilings and a large tiled shower) along with a guest suite. The lower floor has a two-car garage and a bonus room.

There’s a sweet little balcony that overlooks the community swimming pool with plenty of room for tropical plants and a patio set.
