I have a confession to make: I received a sewing machine as a wedding gift and have yet to touch it. It’s not that I’ve never used one (though my expertise extends only to the most basic of pillow covers), I just don’t feel that I have the time to tackle another big project right now. In that spirit, I’ve scoured the web for a few sewing projects that even the most novice seamstress (or seamster) can try, and maybe I’ll even give one a shot myself this weekend.
