If you're feeling stressed, you're not alone. But today, August 15, happens to be National Relaxation Day, so there's no better time to take a moment to chill. We've rounded up some of our best tips for cultivating calm below.

According to a recent study for their Declare Peace campaign, mattress company Serta found that 79 percent of Americans wished they could relax more often, with nearly two thirds (63 percent) noting that they spend less than two hours per day feeling at peace and relaxed.
