6 Non-Prime Day Sales You Can Shop Right Now
Amazon Prime Day has turned mid-July into a shopping holiday to rival Black Friday. So, naturally, other retailers have started creating their own sales in attempts to compete with Amazon. Of course, we don’t mind because that just means more savings for us!
Here are some of our favorite non-Amazon sales happening now across the internet.
1. Lowe’s
All day today and tomorrow (technically 12 hours longer than Prime Day!), Lowe’s is offering MyLowes card holders (a free store rewards card) 10 percent off site-wide. Other specials include up to 60 percent off electronics and smart home devices, up to $100 off select grills and smokers, and a free Google Home mini with a purchase of $150.
2. Target
While Target’s sale won’t kick off until Tuesday, their one-day sale touts huge discounts with “no membership required.” Sales will include 30 percent off Target-exclusive brands (and editor faves) like Opalhouse and Chip and Joanna Gaines’ Hearth & Hand line. Cookware will also be discounted. And purchases totaling more than $100 get you a six-month membership to Shipt, a same-day grocery delivery service owned by Target.
3. eBay
Yes, eBay has sales too! The online marketplace is offering discounts on brand-new, name-brand items like Dyson, KitchenAid, and more — all with free shipping. They’re even offering 110 percent back if you find a better deal elsewhere! They’re also reminding customers that there is “no membership required, ever.” (We’re seeing a theme.)
If you’re looking mostly for quirky, decor-focused items to snag on sale, Urban’s home sale, which starts tomorrow, will offer 25 percent off select home goods, including bedding and pillows. We’re hoping lots of kitchen stuff and dishes get included in the sale, too.
5. Houzz
A DIYer’s paradise, Houzz is offering slashed prices on all sorts of stuff — like farmhouse sinks and pantry cabinets — as part of its semi-annual sale. Not looking for a big weekend project? The sale also includes area rugs, dining furniture, and more.
6. Walmart
Part of what they’re calling “Ultimate Summer Savings,” Walmart is slashing prices across multiple categories like air conditioners (to cool off your too-hot kitchen!) and electronics and smart home devices. You can see the full sale here.
