3 Ideas for Photo Thank You Cards

The holidays are over - has your family tackled thank you cards yet? Even young pre-writers can participate. Here are three ideas for using photos to help convey your gratitude.

1. Look! Personalized Thank You Cards: Julia's daughter was too young to write a thank you, so Julia took a photo of her opening and playing with her presents and included these as part of her own thank you's. It's a lovely way for the senders to feel like they were there to watch their gifts being opened and enjoyed.

2. Create Your Own Photo Thank You Cards: Ashley planned ahead this year and took photos of her kids with "thank you" props and printed them up as cards. Some of her kids are old enough to write a short thank you, but for those who aren't this is a way to include them.

3. How To: Make Easy Thank-You Notes: Amy of Doubleh-Vay asked her young sons how they felt about each gift and summarized their answer on a chalkboard. Then she had them pose with their gift and the chalkboard and she snapped away.
