Real estate around the world is setting higher and higher price records. When completed, this mansion in Los Angeles will be listed at $500 million.
The Bel Air complex will boast a 74,000 square foot main house (with a 5,000 square foot master bedroom), a 30-car garage, and a "Monaco-style" casino. The 4-acre plot has 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
The record-breaking home "will have almost every amenity available in the world,” developer Nile Niami told Bloomberg.
The current most expensive home on the market is also in Los Angeles, with a more modest $195 million price tag.
