We've been eating outdoors at the tables next to the pool in our apartment complex. It's so nice to take a break from the usual (and not have to get down on our hands and knees and wipe the floor!). At our last picnic we had guacamole and chips, grapes and havarti cheese, and sandwiches with brie, turkey breast and sliced nectarines baked on french bread we wrapped in foil right before leaving house. For our 21 month old we also brought some mini tortellini and crackers to dip into the guacamole (which she loves) rather than chips. What are you serving up?
