Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: After living in New York for 15 years and relocating to Miami, I was more than okay with living in minimal space, but really wanted something near water.

My home is just 370 square feet but has a flow that meets all my needs and then some. It’s a smooth flow of spaces (bedroom, kitchen, office space, living and dining space, and great sized balcony).

I feel like this home identifies with my personality the most out of all the homes I’ve lived in.

It has a very clean/peaceful color palette of white, cream shades, and greenery from my plants. A hint of Scandinavian decor.

Describe your home’s style in 5 words or less: Serene, Minimal, Dreamy, Peaceful, Functional

What is your favorite room and why? It’s a small studio but I use and thoroughly enjoy every square inch/space. If I had to choose, I’d say the balcony because it’s my first ever and it’s overlooking a marina/bay.

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? Mugs and glassware from CB2.

Any advice for creating a home you love? Only bring in what you need. Keep your spaces free of clutter, which allows for calmness and creativity to really flow.
