A Culinary Getaway in the South of France

Two years ago, former Food Network producer and cookbook author Anne de Ravel packed up her life in New York and moved to her family home on a vineyard in the South of France where she now hosts Ateliers de Cuisine — guides to the gastronomic wonders of the Languedoc region…

If you aren't lucky enough to be able to escape to an idyllic family estate of your own, Anne offers hands-on cooking classes and insider tours of local restaurants and wineries through her website, Saveur Languedoc. Here's a peek at the gorgeous (we are seriously green with envy) former winemaker's house where she hosts some of her classes.

Visit Saveur Languedoc for more information on the Ateliers de Cuisine.
