If you're someone who loves to keep everything at your desk in view (or have a habit of pens and pencils rolling off the sides or back), you'll love the Homework desk by designer Tomas Kral. There's not a single drawer for storage, but instead offers storage with it's bent aluminum cloth sandwiched between ash wood and curved up into a rain gutter style catch-all for books, documents, stationery, and peripherals.
Tomas Kral: "Homework is a work table which has been set to be even more functional: an aluminium cloth is placed on a wooden table then folded to form a refined extension, a toolbox to store documents, objects, photos...that you need or simply desire to work. The tilted surface enables you to lay down open books and continue reading like with a desk."
Designed for Super-Ette, the recently released Homework desk appears to offer a built-in power strip from the looks of the power cord coming from the rear left desk leg. No word yet on pricing or availability.
