My absolute must-have in a home is beautiful natural light. And boy, has this place got it! Built for roughly $500 with reclaimed windows and salvaged materials, Nick Olson and Lilah Horwitz created a charming little getaway in the mountains of West Virginia.
Nick took Lilah to the property on their first date and the two daydreamed about what a little cabin with a wall of windows might be like. A wall to let in as much of the sunset as possible.
They scouted yard sales and antique stores for the windows and used other materials salvaged from an abandoned barn. Just a little over one year later, the glass cabin was complete.
Watch their beautiful story on Half Cut Tea.
