The 'Climbing Library' Addition in Charlotte

At first, I thought this addition was a stand-alone house! Though it is quite large, the contemporary renovation by architects at Dialect Design reorients the North Carolina family home around a new "climbing library" — an exciting combination of shelving, seating and stairs!

The library is the centerpiece to the 3 new children's bedrooms and a children's bathroom built specifically for 3 sisters — 3 sinks!
