Adam Levine is moving like Jagger… out of Beverly Hills.

The Maroon 5 frontman and “Voice” judge just listed the five-bed, 12-bath estate he purchased last year, realtor.com reports. Levine bought the home for $33.9 million, and its current asking price is a whopping $47.5 million.

Built in 1933, the 10,376-square-foot home is a taste of Old Hollywood glamour. Tucked behind gates for the utmost privacy, the property has been completely remodeled and fully updated to embrace modern amenities. Step inside the grand two-story entry, and continue into the 50-foot living room. A formal dining room with a bar is ideal for entertaining guests, while a gourmet chef’s kitchen filled with stainless steel appliances and a large center island is the ideal gathering place for a busy family. There’s also a huge family/media room, screening room, gym, and guest house.

Set on a lot that measures just over one acre, the spectacular property has sprawling, park-like grounds with lush landscaping and rolling lawns. Guests will never want to leave thanks to the swimming pool, tennis court (built by tennis star Pete Sampras, who owned the home in the past), putting green, and outdoor kitchen/pizza oven.

“Although we can’t say for sure how much Adam Levine put into renovations for his Beverly Hills mansion, it’s clear the Maroon 5 star has a taste for flipping, with help from one of the top designers in the world, seeing that he has placed the home on the market for $13.6 million more than he purchased in 2018,” Erik Gunther, realtor.com celebrity real estate expert, tells Apartment Therapy. “After spending $33.9 million on the classic ‘Old Hollywood’ style home in Beverly Hills last year, the home is now back on the market for $47.5 million.”

Just last year, he sold Benedict House, a historic property with panoramic views of the canyons, to John Mayer for $13.4 million. Seeing as Levine snapped it up for just $4.83 million in 2012, he must have been pretty pleased with that sale. That property came with its own two-story car collector’s garage with its own car elevator.

But Levine has done a fair amount of buying, too: Back in January, he purchased Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s Pacific Palisades home for $32 million in an off-market sale, Realtor reported. In addition to Garner and Affleck, the ranch-style estate was previously owned by Gregory Peck and Brian Grazer.
